Building Early Education Fund

The Building Early Education Fund (BEEF) through the Australian Government, provides capital funding to build new and expand existing ECEC services in areas of need. Funding will be provided to the states and territories to build or expand ECEC services on, or near, school sites. Within the WSM, we have three service providers who are submitting applications to be recipients of the BEEF – Northern Grampians Shire (for St Arnaud), West Wimmera Shire Council (for Goroke) and Emerge Early Years Services (for Rainbow). By Five are supporting these services and communities throughout the application process for this significant opportunity to address the infrastructure required to provide ECEC. Announcements of BBEF recipients are due in late August 2026.
