The Wimmera Southern Mallee (WSM) is home to many small, vibrant communities, and is home to around 3,000 children aged 0-4 years.
These communities have strong social capital and are rich in knowledge, expertise, and are connected to place.
By Five is committed to amplifying the voice of individuals, families and communities to improve equity, access and quality of care for children where they live.

By Five are committed to innovate, test, evaluate, improve and share place-based solutions that make a difference in the WSM.
We do this by leveraging local resources and expertise, harnessing and using local data, and advocating for sustainable solutions to local issues.
